I have seen posts and articles that this device is supposed to support iOS streaming AirPlay apps. But I can find nothing, with details, how to turn that on in the Chromecast with Google Tv device.
I specifically want to stream from the Apple TV app on IOS.

I don’t think CCGTV supports AirPlay natively. You have to download a third party app to cast to it from your iPhone/iPad.
The only way I’ve been able to cast/mirror screen from my iPhone to my CCGTV is with a third party app called AirScreen, you can find it on the Play Store. Install that on your Chromecast, run through the setup and you should be able to cast to it when selecting AirPlay on your iOS device.
Note that you need to have both the iOS device and your Chromecast connected to the same network, and the AirScreen app open on your Chromecast to be able to cast/mirror screen.

I tried AirScreen, let's me connect via AirPlay from iPhone, but no streaming presented to TV. Uninstalled it.
But, here is the article implying AirPlay is natively supported by CCGTV:
https://www.gtvstick.com/how-to-use-airplay-on-google-tv/
Article is from Nov 2021, so quite current. When I try the steps, I get no response from the Source button, no Edit menu, no menu that looks like bullet 3 in the article. Even my menu in bullet 2 is different (no Home tab at the top).
I see nothing about the AirPlay and HomeKit Settings in my CCGTV menu. Has all this been removed from the recent updates to CCGTV SW and apps?
Please help.

Hey there Jdevette,
Zahogan is correct in that the Chromecast with Google TV does not support AirPlay by default. You would need to download a third-party application to get the two to connect properly. I also tried the steps listed in the article, and it looks like it uses some third-party software.
I hope that answers your question, and if you had anymore, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
