The device will not pass the google logo - not loading
Managed to restart the device multiple times and it started - device was updated with the last version and after restart - issue still present
tried to whipe to factory settings - same issue
nothing works

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum and for being a step ahead of us.
To cover all the bases, what type of Chromecast with Google TV device do you have, is it 4K or HD model? Could you please plug in your device on a different TV screen if one is available and reboot your Wi-Fi router? Also, try to unplug it then plug it back in after 24 hours.
