Chromecast with google tv wont connect to service provider hotspot

I'm trying to connect to a hotspot provided by an internet service provider that requires a login if already a member or you can purchase a login to use the hotspot. How can I get my chromecast to connect?!?!

Hi Mkoast1,

A Chromecast device is designed to be used on a secure private home WiFi network and not a captive portal type network that requires a username and password.

Some users have reported using travel routers or sharing the connection from a device already logged in to the captive portal network.
