Chromecast

I was able to set up my chromecast but I can't cast. It doesn't show up on any of apps. I try testing and that didn't work.  I made sure my phone and chromecast were connected to the correct wifi. What can I do to fix this???

You may have AP Isolation enabled on your network equipment/router, which by definition makes it so that wifi devices can't see or talk to each other.
