Chromecast

Im trying to set up my mums phone to chromecast but proving very difficult...she has an iPhone 11 and has internet connection but upon setup gives an error message saying no connection...run out of ideas, please help!

Hey @Karzigirl when using an iDevice, I'd make sure your Bluetooth is turned on as well as location services. The next thing I'd check is that both the CCwGTV and the iDevice are both on the same WiFi network.
