If you're still having trouble setting up your Chromecast, please give these steps a try:
- Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
- Toggle the Wi-Fi off and on from the set up device
- Reboot your router and Chromecast
- If you're using an iOS device, make sure Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app
- Reset your Chromecast
