I can watch YouTube with audio and other things like Spotify but films on Netflix and Disney plus play but with no sound

• When did this issue start happening?
• Does this issue occur when casting the apps, or when using the apps on Google TV?
• Are you using a soundbar or receiver?
• Have you tried clearing the cache on the apps, or uninstalling them?
