Every time I try to connect my Chromecast to my tv it says my tv may be setup, but chromecast can’t communicate from my iPhone. It told me to check my privacy settings, and turn local network for Google Home app on. Everything is turned on. I’ve restarted my phone and unplugged Chromecast, waited, and plugged back in. Nothing is working.

Please try to manually connect to the Chromecast SSID. Here's how: Go to the phone settings > Open Wi-Fi and connect to the Chromecast SSID (Example: Chromecast1234, Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.) > Go to the Google Home app and try to set up again.
If the issue persists, perform a reset on your Chromecast.
