Chromecast

Hola buenos dias, instalé el Chromecast,segui todos los pasos, estan en la misma red wifi, en la app me sale que lo encontro al Chromecast pero que no lo puede detectar, alguien me ayuda con eso? Estare atento a las respuestas.

Hola buen dia Jennifer, ya lo solucione, dejo lo que hice posteado aqui, y quizas pueda ayudar a alguien mas. Hice lo siguiente:

Entre a mi router y tuve que abrir otra linea de wifi, digamos otro punto de acceso, solo asi pude usar el Chromecast.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? How far is it from the Wi-Fi router? What's the make and model of the phone you're using for setup?

 

Try these steps:

 

  1. Make sure the Chromecast device is within 15 to 20 feet of the setup device and the Wi-Fi router.
  2. Toggle Wi-Fi off and on from the setup device.
  3. Reboot the router.
  4. Reboot the Chromecast.
  5. Reboot the mobile phone.
  6. Close and then reopen the Google Home app.
  7. If you're using an iOS device for setup, turn on Local Network Access.
  8. Try to use a different supported device.
  9. Perform a factory reset.
