Chromecast

About a month ago my Chromecast just quit working, it was working fine and then just quit . So I went to my home app and it's filled with everything that's new and I can't get to a place

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chromecast? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know I'd be disappointed if the device suddenly stopped working. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:
 

  • Are you still able to see the Chromecast in Google Home?
  • Do you get any kind of error message when trying to cast to the Chromecast?
  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
