When trying to setup my chromecast, the google home app is unable to communicate with the chromecast device at the stage of connecting to wifi. I get an error saying "Connection problem during setup: could not communicate with your Chromecast". This appears after already connecting with the device via the unique 4 character code

I think I actually got it figured out. First I took the device out of the HDMI port. I did a reset on the Chromecast by pushing the little button next to the orange light and holding it for 20 to 25 seconds. Then I plugged it into the TV again and after that it finished the connecting process.

I don't have a solution but I am experiencing the exact same problem. Looking to find out what to do as well.
