Hi everybody
Thks for y help.
After changing net box, impossible to connect with the chromcast. I'm not sure my device is 1st Gen.
After trying to connect and failure message on the smartphone within the app I get the message on the TV screen: trying to connect with the box under old box net name! I don't know how to put the chromcast back to the factory config!

Hi Nene,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late response. Chromecast devices can only remember one WiFi network at a time. If you changed your WiFi router/network and the Chromecast isn't currently connected to a network, please do a factory reset on your Chromecast and set it up on your new network.
