Denon AVR and CCwGTV

I've read that this is possible and want to confirm that you can successfully connect the CCwGTV directly into an available HDMI port on the Denon AVR, e.g., I've got the Denon X6700H.  And 4K TV will be connected to HDMI monitor (out) port.

Any issues with this?  I'd like to avoid using eARC/ARC if at all possible.

I'm sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to an answer to your set-up question? If not, I'd be happy to help out! According to the Chromecast requirements, you are intended to plug the Chromecast directly into the HDMI port on a TV, not an AV Receiver. However, some folks have had some success connecting the Chromecast to their AVR, however, this is not technically supported!
