I have had this chrome cast device for a few months and I am still unable to download Disney +. I have an ongoing subscription with Disney and I am now desperate to get it to work on my tv. I cannot download it and consistently have the message “Your device is not compatible with this version”, however my device has no outstanding software upgrades.
has anyone got any idea how to fix this ?
