Disney+ keeps giving me an error message 43 when I try casting from my Google phone to my Chromecast. I factory reset the Chromecast, signed out of the Disney+ account, etc., yet it keeps giving me the error, on all my Chromecasts.
I can watch the videos on my phone, just can't cast. My kiddo tested it and was able to cast Disney+ using another account.
I'm not sure what the issue is.

It says the video you’re trying to watch can’t be played at this time. This could be due to a connectivity issue or the video that was added to your watchlist previously has since been removed from our platform. Please try reinstalling and restarting the Disney+ application to see if the content disappears.
