No se puede inhabilitar el pto de acceso del router. Y entonces el dispositivo no se puede conectar a la red. Ideas??????? Please!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please tell us more about what's going on? Is this an initial set up? What type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you getting a message that you need to disable the AP isolation setting in your Wi-Fi router? If you're not familiar with your Wi-Fi router settings, you may refer to your router manual or you may contact your router manufacturer to assist you in disabling this setting.
