Frozen screen tv

 my tv is stuck at this screen. Recently moved and my wifi name changed so i can’t reset it from the google home app at all. Is there anyway to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear that your TV is stuck! I can imagine this issue is pretty frustrating, so I'd be happy to help out where I can. Let me just ask you a couple of questions regarding the device:

 

  • What model of TV do you have?
  • Are you using Chromecast built-in, or Chromecast with Google TV?
  • Have you attempted a factory reset on the TV?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

In the case where you're troubleshooting Chromecast built-in, you would find better support reaching out to Toshiba Support, as Chromecast built-in is an open-source software, and Toshiba would be able to assist you further.
