Hey there umairbaig5002,
I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience on this! Were you able to fix that issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since it sounds like this would be difficult to troubleshot on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Thanks for your response below are the details.
I have a Google chrome cast device firmware version 1.56.275994 model. I did not know how to check but it is gray now tell me can I upgrade its firmware for its final release....? and I have two devices in the same network at my office but sometimes when I connect it with my meeting room office it automatically switches to another device which is installed in my other office but that one is also connected with my same network.
Hey there umairbaig5002!
Thank you for your response! Just out of curiosity, are these two Chromecast devices connected to the Google Home app? If so, you should be able to name each Chromecast device a different name. Then, when you go to cast from an app such as YouTube, it should list the two Chromecast devices, and you should be able to choose which one you'd like to connect to.
Are you trying to cast from an app, or mirror an Android screen? Does it give you the option to pick between Chromecast devices?
I look forward to your response!
