Hi,
I'm trying to connect my headsets to Chromecast, but when I reach "Bluetooth pairing request" I can't click on the Pair button. If I click up and down, I hear the sounds, but it's like the screen is frozen, and I can only go back, not click ok.
I have the latest software version , Android 12, and I factory reset it a couple of weeks ago, after the last update.

Hello dumitrudan608,
Thanks for reaching out. Let's check this further.
Quick questions: what's the make and model of your Bluetooth device? Can you pair your headset via Bluetooth to a different device? T
Give these steps a try:

Hi Jenny,
I was able to connect my headsets eventually. The thing is the "pair" menu is still not behaving as it should, because the first 5-7 seconds when it pops up, no commands work and it's unresponsive. What has changed now is that after that time the commands start to work, and I'm able to press down, up, and ok to pair the headsets. Was able to replicate it 3 times.

Hi dumitrudan608,
Thanks for getting back to us. To make sure we are on the same page, could you please confirm if you were able to connect your headset via Bluetooth to your Chromecast with Google TV (4K)?
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks,
Jennifer
