Google Home app (iPhone) as Remote for Chromecast TV keeps trying to repair

I have 3 TVs with Chromecast TVs (the kind with remotes) that I use to watch YouTube TV.  I also have an iPhone.  I went into the Google Home app and Paired my iPhone to be used as a remote.  Every 5-10 minutes though the TV stops and presents the pairing code again.  Even though I can already control the TV with my phone.  All 3 of my TVs are re-initiating the pairing process even though the process is already complete.  Is there a fix stop this from happening every 5-10 minutes?

 

I should also mention that my wife's phone is also paired with all 3 chromecasts.  So each tv has 2 phones paired, and it seems it is only asking me to re-pair.  I was the first one to pair my phone with all 3 devices.  So might have to do with multiple paired devices and the first one to pair is the culprit to re-initiating the pairing process again and again?

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
  • Is your Google Home app up-to-date?
  • What version of iOS is your phone running?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
