Google TV, Disney Plus, and Bluetooth

My several bluetooth earbuds and head phones connect and work fine with all of my Google TV apps, except Disney Plus. I've booted everything, forgotten, re-connected, un-installed/reinstalled etc etc. Issue persists, so noand no Bluetooth sound from Disney plus on my TV. Casting for one of many apps is not an option for me. 

Anyone have a solution for this?

It is not the application who give you the Bluetooth sound. Google Chromecast with Google TV is the one routing the sound to Bluetooth, provided that you add your Bluetooth device under Google Chromecast with Google Bluetooth accessories and pair it.

Not to argue, but Disney plus has had this issue for a while now, and while Djtetei is correct about the routing, the fact is Disney Plus seems to have some sort of DRM that is interfering with bluetooth audio.  I would strongly suggest speaking to Disney support about this so they can update their app.

It is not the application who give you the Bluetooth sound. Google Chromecast with Google TV is the one routing the sound to Bluetooth, provided that you add your Bluetooth device under Google Chromecast with Google Bluetooth accessories and pair it.
