Google chromecast and amazon kids fire tablet pro

Cfrtom

Hi folks, I am new to Google chromecast having previously used Amazon firestick, I have bought the children 5&8, a Google smart clock (for nightlight and playing music from spotify) and a Google chromecast, they are also getting a new Fire Tablet pro.  I have beeb trying to set them up so they can wat Netflix and disney + but hadn't  realised about no remote and that it is controlled by a phone or tablet.  I was wanting to know if it is possible to control the chromecast with the firewalled Pro, how to set up the clocks so they have there own Spotify account (Spotify family)  I have created an email account for each and then linked Spotify to them but can't seem to work out how it all goes together (sorry its long winded) Tom

Hey there Cfrtom,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to get those devices set up? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know setting up multiple devices and services can be daunting. Here are some articles I would check out in case you need some quick guidance:

Share a home and devices in the Google Home app

Cast video from Chromecast-enabled apps to your TV

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!

Best regards,
Jeran
