Google play movies

Using Google home I click the "Cast my screen" button on my phone  (it works) then try to play a movie I have purchased in Google play movies and it says "this type of playback is not supported - to play this movie on another device, you'll need Chromecast instead of mirroring."

Question is, how do I Chromecast through Google home, I am using a Google Chromecast dongle and everything else works fine. 

Very confused. Any assistance would be great. Thanks

Hi Ben,

Try casting directly from the Google TV app or even the YouTube app. You will get the best casting results that way.

In the Google TV app you will see your library and your movie. In the YT app go to Your Movies and Shows.
