No puedo enviar contenido de HBO a mi Chrome cast, desde cualquier otra plataforma si me deja, a alguien le sucede lo mismo?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient on this! Were you able to fix that HBO issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I can understand casting issues can be hard to troubleshoot. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

 

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • Have you tried clearing out the cached data on the HBO app?
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HBO app?
  • Are you able to cast from another device, such as a computer or tablet?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
