my sons has his hp laptop from school , and he went and factory rested it anyway . I told him its hooked up to the school so you couldn't ,but he went and factory rest it hoping he could now if he were to unlock it could he add a new windows 10 or12 to the laptop and it would become a new laptop or would it still be hooked up to the school because we moved out of Toronto and haven't been able to return it . can you pls let me know what the best solution is besides retuning it cause we aren't in the same province any more .
