I've got a problem with connecting my phone with Harman Kardon Citation 100. My phone sees it but when I'm trying to connect, there's a notification about Contacting with Google help

Hi Erico,

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: Does your Harman/Kardon Citation 100 have a built-in Chromecast or do you have a separate Chromecast dongle connected to it? What is the make and model of your phone? Could you share a photo of the issue? Please reboot your speaker, mobile device, and Wi-Fi router. Also, make sure your phone is connected to the same network as your speaker. Using a different mobile device might also help.

Keep me posted.

Thanks,

Jennifer

It's me again. I want to make sure you're all good — how did the steps go?

Thanks,

I haven't done anything yet. I'll do it after exams. By the way I've got problems even with bluetooth connecting. Idk if these buttons aren't made good or something

I've got Xiaomi Redmi note 10 lite, and latest version of google home app on it. Router is working well.

I have four different citation models 100s and ones there are all basically paperweights because of this now. I moved and now everything is super pissed. I was able to get one of them working on an old router that it was previously connected to. So I'm seriously running an old separate router hoping to connect to Old devices because Google doesn't allow things to connect anymore. Thanks Google! I have every Nexus from the one on and I might stop buying your stuff if  Google takes it upon themself to turn things off.. I probably have 40 smart devices and can only get four of them to work now.🤬

Hey there Erico,

I'm sorry about the delayed response on this, but following up on Jennifer's reply, do these devices have Chromecast built-in? What is their Cast firmware version? I would double-check that their firmware is up-to-date, as well as make sure your Google Home app is up-to-date. If you're still running into issues, you may find more success by reaching out to Harman Kardon support, as they may be able to troubleshoot the devices further.

I look forward to your reply, and if you had any other questions, please let us know.

Thank you,
Jeran

Honestly I'm not intrested in chromecast, I have no idea what it is, I've only learned, that it is a way of sharing sound. I have installed latest version of google home and I expected that everything is gonna work properly. I reseted speaker and there is still "undefined problem"
