‘Hey Google’ keeps going back to Google Assistsnt

Hey guys. I have connected and set up - have voice matched and all working. But when I say ‘Google play Netflix’ for example - the tv keeps going back to Google Assistant set up. I allow and activate but when I try and say something it goes back to the assistant again. Any tips?

I am for the delayed response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that issue with your assistant? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as troubleshooting the Assistant can be difficult on your own. First, I would recommend that you follow the steps listed in this article to make sure that everything is set up properly. Then, please make sure that your Google Home app and Chromecast firmware are both up-to-date. For the Chromecast and Assistant to work together properly, make sure that your TV's HDMI-CEC settings are enabled, and even try changing the HDMI port that the Chromecast is plugged into.
