I bought google tv chrome cast, at the beginning the full menu was there home, movies, shows and library then i updated the OS, after restart the chromecast it shown just the home and library, any help in this please?

Thanks for reaching out. Please try to unplug the Chromecast from the power source and HDMI port on your TV and plug it back in after 2 minutes. Plugging it in on a different HDMI port on your TV and resetting it might also help.

Thanks for the photo. I'll check this in our end and I'll get back to you once I have info about this. Also, if you haven't tried to plug in your Chromecast on a different TV screen, please try that and check if you can see the same menu for the Chromecast with Google TV Home screen.

Thanks for trying the step. Could you please check the language on your GTV settings if it's set to English US? Also, please provide the Android tv OS build and cast firmware version of your device. I'd also suggest tha you send a feedback report about this using the Google Home app. Here's how.
