How to add YouTube app instead of YouTubes Kids on kid's profile (Chromecast with Google TV)

I have a new Chromecast with Google TV and have added my kids' profiles. There is no YouTube app, only YouTube for Kids. One kids is over 13years old and should be able to get the YouTube app. Has anyone  been able to get the YouTube app on a child profile?

Hey there Jan,

I took a look into it, and I was not able to find a way to add regular YouTube to the kid's profile on the Chromecast with Google TV. I imagine the reasoning behind it is because the kid's profiles are intended for children under the age of 13, but I can understand wanting the option available! What I would recommend submitting some feedback to the Google TV team to let them know that this is something you would want to be able to do.

I've seen a few users express interest in the ability to add regular YouTube to the Kid's Profiles on Google TV. If you have the time, would you be able to submit feedback via Google TV to let Google know that this is a feature you'd like to see in the future? Every bit of feedback Google receives helps them prioritize different fixes and features.
