How to set Chromecast network name and password

On TV Chromecast says "can't connect to Wi-Fi make sure network name and password are correct"

easy way, hard reset manually then set up again.

hard reset with button on device, blinks yellow until steady white

chromecast restarts
google home app, set up new device
Home finds "Chromecast3709" as displayed in lower right of TV screen
proceed
the home app stalls with bouncing shapes,
saying "Connecting to chromecast ...' and 10s of minutes, stalls there.

Chromecast, phone, router all in same room

I have the Youtube channel on my Roku TV with Roku remote,

and can watch any youtube videos

But I cannot cast non-youtube from my PC or phone

Satx, to confirm were you able to set up the Chromecast successfully? If yes, are you having an issue now casting from a Chromecast-enabled app to your TV? Please try to turn off/on the Wi-Fi on your mobile phone. Rebooting your Wi-Fi router and reinstalling the affected apps might also help.
