None of the trouble shooting suggestions work. I see many posting about the same connection issue so I’m hoping someone can provide a fix.

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for posting. Could you tell us if you are getting any messages when connecting your Chromecast to the new network? What device are you using for setup? How far is the Chromecast from the WiFi router and set up device?
