Seriously! Have read everybody's problems with their Chromecast ultra. And we've all proberly done the same thing! I've owned mine for awhile now and never had a problem. Until today. Reboot, Factory resets, unplugged, turnt tv off .. forced stop on Google home app. Uninstalled. Set it up AGAIN and then it cuts off AGAIN.. 

Anyone figured theirs out yet.. please leave a comment lol. Thankyou

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast Ultra. 

 

Could you please tell me the exact issue you're experiencing with your device? Are you unable to cast video content on your device? Is the device rebooting while you're watching videos on it? Does your device disconnect from the network? What mobile phone are you using for setting up or casting?
