Internet problems

Changed WiFi provider.  After rebooting chromecast and casting from phone programme starts.  Then casting info disappears and despite the 'home' app saying there is no connection programme continues to play on tv.  Will not stop playing until I disconnect chromecast from TV.

Thanks for reaching out. If you changed your Wi-Fi network, perform a factory reset and set up your Chromecast on the new network. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
