I recently bought a Google Chromecast from an online store (Jumia.ci) believing it was a 4th generation. But the features I saw were not what I had watched on online previews which got me interested in the first place. Is there away to find out whether it is fake? I have already tried reporting it on the Google help platform but each time I try to submit, it tells me to refresh page since something went wrong. I refreshed five times.

Hi again,
Your screenshot looks like an Google TV device but that screen is also used by other (than Google) manufactures devices.
Some features displayed on the home screen can differ depending on where in the world you live.

Hi OkoB,
Please have a look at the website linked below for a good description of Chromecast models.
Also please check that your device has the 'Chrome' or 'Google logo'.
