I used my chromecast at another location and now I can't connect to my network. Sometimes on my tv screen it will show the network I was connected to while I was away. It's as though I'm still connected to the other network. Anyone experienced that before. It's just not picking up my network if that makes sense.

Didn't know where to put my comment. So now I'm replying to myself. So after going round in circles I eventually went on You Tube and found someone who showed me how to reset my chromecast. The dongle needs to be on and plugged into your tv. Press and hold down the tiny button until an orange light comes on. keep holding it down and wait for it to go back to a white light. On the tv screen you will see chromecast doing a factory reset. After that just follow the instructions. It's working now.

Much more useful than Google's troubleshooting. This guy should be a Chromecast help center's manager
