Hi,
I installed a kids profile on Chromecast HD successfully. When I go to the Youtube kids App, I can't go to the kids profile my son had before. Also, with the default profile already setup, I can't select the "approved content", can only select the age content. Please help addressing these two issues.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Were you able to apply the changes to the profile using a different device (phone, tablet, etc.), then observe if those changes were applied as you checked on your Chromecast device? Kindly check if there’s an available update as well. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the details. There could be missing modules. Let’s try a factory reset, then set it up and create the profiles again. Let us know how it goes.
