What type of Chromecast with Google TV device do you have, is it the 4K or HD model? Please make sure your Chromecast with Google TV has the latest firmware version. Also, please reboot your device and plug it into a different HDMI port on your TV. If the issue persists, do a factory reset on your Chromecast with Google TV and use a different Google Account then, try to re-setup the device.
