Recently my kids' account on Chromecast reset itself, and lost all of the connected apps.
When I go to 'manage Apps' it just has a spinning wheel.
I have done a full reset/power reboot.
I have tried removing and re-adding account and it's still not working.
It has been like this for weeks and I'm getting really frustrated that A: this happened to no fault of my own, B: it seems a widespread issue and C: there is no fix other than 'try turning it off an on again'.
Please help!
