Unfortunately, you HAVE to have the remote to complete setup.
Your only option is to order another one from https://store.google.com

If you've lost the Chromecast remote and reset the device, try setting it up using the Google Home app on your smartphone, ensuring it detects the Chromecast and guides you through the setup process with your new Wi-Fi details. If that doesn't work, perform a factory reset by holding the button near the micro-USB port for 25 seconds and then follow the on-screen instructions upon reconnecting it to your TV. Alternatively, if your TV remote supports HDMI-CEC, use it to navigate through the setup process. Ensure your Google Home app and Chromecast firmware are up to date. Additionally, if you use PicsArt, consider enhancing your photos or creating custom backgrounds to personalize your Chromecast experience further. If all else fails, consider obtaining a replacement remote from Google for optimal functionality.
