Motorola chromecast hbo max

Hi, I have a Motorola E20 and I can't use the app Hbo max with chromecast (doasen't appear the buttom for conection), but only with Hbo I have that problem, the other app for streaming works fine, like Prime, YouTube, Netflix, Disney, I re install the app and restore the chromecast a few times.

Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, is the cast button/icon missing in the HBO Max app? If so, please try the steps listed below:

  • Completely close the app and then reopen.
  • Reboot (restart) the router.
  • Reboot the Chromecast device.
  • Reboot your mobile phone.
  • Try to cast from another mobile device to isolate if it's a device issue.
  • Perform a factory reset on the Chromecast device. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
