Movistar+ app doesn't show all the channels

I downloaded the app Movistar+, a popular service TV provider in Spain in my Google TV

After I upgraded the Movistar+ package to show football channels, I still cannot see those channels on Movistar+. Uninstalling/installing back the app did not help. I also cleared its data (there is an option when clicking on the app menu)
I can see the channels when I log in into my PC or in the App in a phone with Android
Is it possible the Movistar+ app is keeping the old info? How can I clear it?
