My Chromecast Ultra and Home Hub are "unavailable"on my Android phone but visible on my Chromebook

I've reset the Chromecast, restarted the phone and router.

Hey there Dion,
 
You mentioned that you can cast to your Chromecast from your Chromebook, but not your Android device. On your Android phone, are you enrolled in the Google Play Services Public Beta Program? If you are, I would recommend looking at that article above and do the following:
  • Leave the beta program
  • Uninstall the beta version of Google Home
  • Reinstall the public version of Google Home
Let me know if that resolves the issue! If you're still having problems, we can try a few more things.
