I'm trying to download the DStv app which requires that the device be Play Protect certified.
In the settings section of my Chromecast it says that the device is not certified.
Google's help page on the topic says it should be certified.
Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.
Is this only happening when downloading the DStv app or across all apps? Could you share a photo of the issue? Try to reboot your Chromecast and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Also, if the issue is isolated with DStv app, please reach out to the app developer for further help.

It must've been a timing thing. The next day when I looked again the status had updated to certified. Thanks for responding, though!
