My chrome cast is working on the tv showing scenes etc but I cannot get my iPad to get it to cast

Hi Ashlea5,

What are trying to cast with your iPad? Try YouTube or Netflix, does that work? 

In the meantime, try rebooting your router, TV, iPad and Chromecast.
