Need help with casting

I live with several people in 1 house, and therefore use the same internet.
Now, every time I start my computer, it automatically starts casting with the roommates' TV (which is very annoying!) even if I turn off the cast, it sometimes just starts casting again afterwards.
can i somehow block that device on my pc from casting or something, or stop it from casting on that tv?

Ik woon namelijk met meerdere in 1 woning, en gebruiken dus hetzelfde internet.
Nu, steeds als ik mijn computer opstart, begint hij automatisch te casten met de tv van de medebewoners(wat zeer vervelend is!)ook als ik de cast uitzet, begint hij erna soms gewoon zomaar opnieuw te casten.
kan ik op een of andere manier dat toestel op mijn pc blokkeren om te casten of zo, of zorgen dat hij niet meer op die tv cast?

Thanks for posting. When did the issue start? Could you share a video clip so we can have a better view of the issue? 

Please be advised that any device that is logged into the same network can cast to every Chromecast device on that network. However, your PC/laptop should not automatically cast a video content to the Chromecast that is plugged into your roommates' TV as we still need to hit the cast option in the Chrome browser or the cast button within the Chromecast-enabled website.
