Netflix will no longer linking to Chrome-cast after my password was changed.

Netflix will not link to Chrome-cast after password was changed. I unlinked Netflix and relinked - no success. Received a message suggesting malware

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out. 

 

Quick questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you relinking the Netflix app in the Google Home app? 

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app.
  3. Reboot your mobile phone.
  4. Use a different mobile device.
  5. Reboot your Chromecast.
  6. Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
  7. Reset your Chromecast.
