New 4K Chromecast with Google TV not showing newer Topics grouped channel view

I just bought two Chromecasts with Google TV to replace two older sunsetting Chromecasts. I bought the HD version first and then the 4K version for our larger TV. The HD version shows the Live TV view with the channels grouped by Topics properly. The 4K version is pulling in Pluto and Sling TV channels but into a flat view with an All Channels/Favorites toggle only - no Topics grouping. I could swear that the first day I installed the 4K device and set it up that it showed the Topics view but can't be 100% sure. I did have an update on the device a couple of days ago but that didn't result in showing the Topics view. I thought maybe it would get rolled out at some point but it hasn't yet. I've tried to search for this problem thinking that others would have seen it but have come up empty so far.

Both devices are definitely setup with the same Google account and it's a gmail.com account and not a Workspace account.

Any help would be appreciated - I love the new view on the HD version and want to be able to take advantage of it on the 4K device as well.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. You mentioned that this particular unit wasn’t like this when you set it up the first time. You may not remember, but somewhere along the way, it changed into this. Kindly try a factory reset and set everything up from scratch. Let me know how it goes.

I didn't get a reply here for over a month so on the advice of others I just executed some patience and waited.  A couple of weeks ago the new UI hit my device and all is well.
