New wifi connection - can't connect TV

I've moved house and have a new internet connection, but the same TV and chromecast plug in. The TV still displays the old wifi network on the screen, and the google home app can't locate the device (TV) for me to set it up on the new network. I want to connect the TV to the new wifi so that I can stream from my phone / laptop 🙂 Please help!

You need to hard reset the Chromecast device using its built-in button on the back, then perform the entire setup procedure.

However, let's ask something, maybe we get lucky: do you still have the router used on the previous house?
