Hello,

 I have the following:

1: Chromecast with Google TV(CCwGTV) attached to HDMI/MHlL 1 port

2: Sony TV model KDL-60W600B with ARC HDMI port; supports DD+<https://www.sony.com.my/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs/kdl-60w600b/specification...>

3: Sonos Beam Gen 2 sound bar which has an eARC HDMI port

4: High speed HDMI cable connected between TV ARC and sound bar eARC

5: Sound settings on CCwGTV are:

surround sound on, Dolby Digital and Digital Dolby Plus toggles enabled for manual sound setting from what I have read from forum posts here.

The problem is:there is no audio from the soundbar.

Can anyone kindly advice me please.

Thanks in advance.

Let's proceed further.

Ensure that you have enabled HDMI CEC both on the TV and on the Chromecast device.

On the TV, navigate to the Sound Settings - Speakers and select Audio System as output.

On the TV, navigate to the Sound Settings - Digital Audio Out and select Auto.

First, check if you have enabled the HDMI audio source .
