I just changed my internet Wi-Fi connection from NBN to 5G. I then reset my chrome cast to factory settings while trying to connect it to the new Wi-Fi signal. I managed to connect chrome cast and my iPhone to the 5G Wi-Fi. However now it says ‘no devices available’ as an error message when I try to cast Netflix or tv apps from my iPhone.
Would anyone be able to assist with how to fix this?
Thanks for reaching out! Let's see what's going on. What type of Chromecast do you have? Could you tell us the make and model of your new Wi-Fi router? Also, check if your mobile data is turned on. If so, turn it off so your phone will only connect to your Wi-Fi network.
You might want to check out as well the AP isolation on your router settings and make sure it's disabled. Here's a link for more help.
